我家宝宝已经快满八个月了,平时的辅食主要以蛋黄、米粉和成品辅食为主,偶而勤快时也会煮些菜粥和菜水给她吃。最近看了好多的育儿文章介绍,这个月龄的宝宝,已经开始萌出牙齿,初步具有咀嚼能力,消化功能也有所增加,能够吃的辅食越来越多,身体每天所需要的营养素有一半来自于辅食,所以辅食要丰富。为了当个好妈妈,我决定制定一个此月龄的辅食食谱,每天根据食谱为女儿准备”爱心饭”,以保证女儿健康地成长发育。
